Το ΔΝΤ συνωμοτεί για νέο πιστωτικό γεγονός στην Ελλάδα

Ο νεοφιλελευθερισμός δε δίνει δεκάρα. Το Διεθνές Νομισματικό Ταμείο πιάστηκε επ΄ αυτοφώρω να συνωμοτεί προκειμένου να δημιουργήσει ένα πιστωτικό γεγονός το οποίο φέρνει την Ελλάδα στο χείλος της χρεοκοπίας, χρησιμοποιώντας ως πρόσχημα το βρετανικό δημοψήφισμα για την έξοδο από την Ε.Ε.

Όχι, δεν πρόκειται για υπόθεση της επόμενης ταινίας James Bond. Είναι τα πρακτικά μιας απομαγνητοφώνησης τηλεδιάσκεψης μεταξύ του επικεφαλής διαπραγματευτή του ΔΝΤ, Πόλ Τόμσεν και της Ντέλια Βελκουλέσκου, επικεφαλής της αποστολής του ΔΝΤ στην Αθήνα.

Όπως διέρρευσε από το Wikileaks , ο διάλογος πραγματοποιήθηκε στην Αθήνα λίγο πριν την αποχώρηση του ΔΝΤ από τις συνομιλίες που στόχο έχουν να δώσουν το πράσινο φως για την πρώτη αξιολόγηση του προγράμματος.

Η κατάσταση είναι: το ΔΝΤ δεν πιστεύει τα οικονομικά στοιχεία που χρησιμοποιούν Ελλάδα και Ευρωπαίοι προκειμένου να προχωρήσουν στην ολοκλήρωση του πρώτου βήματος της συμφωνίας. Δεν θέλει να πάρει μέρος στη διάσωση. Παράλληλα η Ε.Ε. δεν μπορεί να προχωρήσει στο πρόγραμμα χωρίς το ΔΝΤ διότι η γερμανική Βουλή δε θα το επιτρέψει.

Καθώς φιλονικούν για τους αριθμούς, Τόμσεν και Βελκουλέσκου ακούγονται να εξετάζουν αν θα «πνίξουν» την επερχόμενη έκθεση του ΔΝΤ σχετικά με το αν το ελληνικό χρέος είναι βιώσιμο. Αυτό είναι κομβικό διότι το ΔΝΤ θα υπογράψει μόνο μια συμφωνία που περιλαμβάνει απομείωση χρέους, ενώ οι Γερμανοί όχι.

Τότε ο Τόμσεν ρίχνει τη βόμβα:

Τ: Τι θα τα φέρει όλα σε ένα σημείο για απόφαση; Στο παρελθόν υπήρξε μόνο μία στιγμή όταν πάρθηκε απόφαση και αυτό ήταν όταν υπήρχε ο κίνδυνος χρεοκοπίας. Σωστά

Β: Σωστά!

Τ: Και πιθανόν αυτό πρόκειται να ξανασυμβεί. Σε αυτήν την περίπτωση, αν συνεχιστεί μέχρι τον Ιούλιο, ξεκάθαρα οι Ευρωπαίοι δεν θα έχουν συζητήσεις για ένα μήνα πριν το Brexit, μετά θα θέλουν να κάνουν διάλειμμα και θα ξεκινήσουν ξανά μετά το Ευρωπαϊκό δημοψήφισμα

Η Βελκουλέσκου προτείνει να δοκιμάσουν να κάνουν κάτι τον Απρίλιο. Ο Τόμσεν απαντά:

Αυτό όμως δεν είναι γεγονός. Δεν θα τους οδηγήσει να… Αυτή η συζήτηση μπορεί να συνεχιστεί για πολύ καιρό. Και τους οδηγούν προς τα εκεί… γιατί τους οδηγούν προς τα εκει; Γιατί δεν είναι κοντά στο γεγονός, όποιο κι αν είναι αυτό

Β: Συμφωνώ ότι χρειαζόμαστε γεγονός και δεν ξέρω ποιο θα είναι αυτό.

Εδώ επιτρέψτε μου να το αποκωδικοποιήσω. Ένα «γεγονός» είναι μια χρηματοπιστωτική κρίση που θα φέρει την Ελλάδα κοντά στη χρεοκοπία. Ακριβώς όπως πέρυσι, όταν έκλεισαν οι τράπεζες, εκατομμύρια άνθρωποι αντιμετώπισαν οικονομική και ψυχολογική καταστροφή.

Μόνο που αυτή τη φορά το ΔΝΤ θέλει να επιβάλει την καταστροφή σε μία χώρα που φιλοξενεί δεκάδες χιλιάδες πρόσφυγες και έχει αναλάβει μια από τις πιο περίπλοκες και νομικά αμφίβολες αποστολές φύλαξης συνόρων στη σύγχρονη ιστορία.

Η ελληνική κυβέρνηση είναι εξοργισμένη. «Δεν θα επιτρέψουμε στο ΔΝΤ να παίξει με τη φωτιά», μου ανέφερε μια πηγή.

Αλλά το ζήτημα βρίσκεται εκτός των ελληνικών χεριών. Στο τέλος, ο Τόμσεν υπονοεί στην συνομιλία ότι μόνο η Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή και σε τελική ανάλυση η γερμανική κυβέρνηση μπορούν να αποφασίσουν να τιμήσουν τους όρους της συμφωνίας που έκαναν για να ενισχύσουν οικονομικά την Ελλάδα τον περασμένο Ιούλιο.

Η συνομιλία, παρά το ότι έγινε δεκτή με οργή και δυσπιστία στην Ελλάδα, θα πέσει σαν βόμβα στην Επιτροπή και την ΕΚΤ. Διότι αυτές είναι που κρατούν πάνω από 300 δισ. ελληνικού χρέους.

Είναι ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη αυτή την οποία το ΔΝΤ συνωμοτεί να χτυπήσει με το δόγμα του σοκ.

Είναι ξεκάθαρο από τη συνομιλία ότι το ΔΝΤ έχει γίνει παιδική χαρά για νεοφιλελεύθερους φαντασιόπληκτους.

Το να φαντασιώνεσαι ότι φέρνει ακόμη μια φορά κοντά στη χρεοκοπία μια τρεμάμενη δημοκρατία αποκαλύπτει επίπεδα απάθειας για την ευημερία των ανθρώπων και την κυριαρχία των κρατών τα οποία είναι ασύμβατα με την δημοκρατική οργάνωση.

Αποδεικνύεται για άλλη μια φορά ότι ο πυρήνας του οικονομικού δόγματος που καθοδηγεί την παγκόσμια ελίτ είναι η αποφασιστικότητά της να μη δώσει δεκάρα για τους πραγματικούς ανθρώπους, αλλά να επιβάλει το δόγμα της ακόμη και με το κόστος της κρατικής κατάρρευσης.
