Λαπαβίτσας: «Η έξοδος από το ευρώ είναι εφικτή και η αναταραχή αντιμετωπίσιμη»

Απαντήσεις για την αποτυχία της ευρωζώνης, αλλά και τη νέα κατεύθυνση ανάπτυξης της χώρας εκτός ευρώ δηλώνει πως εμπεριέχει η μελέτη που έχει ετοιμάσει ο οικονομολόγος Κώστας Λαπαβίτσας. Μαζί με τους συνεργάτες του στην ολοκλήρωσή της, Θ. Μαριόλη και Κ. Γαβριηλίδη (μέλη όλοι του Ευρωπαϊκού Δικτύου Ερευνών Κοινωνικής και Οικονομικής Πολιτικής), θα την παρουσιάσουν «ως την πλέον τεκμηριωμένη πρόταση εξόδου» σε λίγες μέρες στην Αθήνα.

Η δουλειά που καταθέτουμε βασίζεται σε χειρουργική διάγνωση της κατάστασης της ΟΝΕ και της ελληνικής οικονομίας, η οποία καταδεικνύει ότι η σημερινή πορεία είναι παντελώς αδιέξοδη.

Στη βάση αυτή προτείνουμε εφικτή αλλαγή πορείας. Τα βασικά της στοιχεία είναι η άρση της λιτότητας με τόνωση της συνολικής ζήτησης, κατ’ αρχήν στον τομέα των υπηρεσιών για γρήγορη υποχώρηση της ανεργίας.

Επειδή πολλά, τρομακτικά και παντελώς αβάσιμα έχουν ειπωθεί για το θέμα αυτό, σας λέω ότι η έξοδος είναι πλήρως εφικτή και η αναταραχή που θα προκαλέσει είναι αντιμετωπίσιμη, αρκεί να υπάρξει ένα μίνιμουμ αποφασιστικότητας και κοινωνικής προετοιμασίας.

Σας λέω λοιπόν ότι ο πυρήνας των προτάσεων αυτών και η επιστημονική δουλειά που τις τεκμηριώνει υπάρχουν εδώ και χρόνια.

Το πρόβλημα δεν ήταν ποτέ η γνώση ή η διαθεσιμότητα μιας άλλης λύσης.

Το πρόβλημα ήταν ότι η ηγεσία του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ δεν ήθελε να ακούσει για δρόμο εκτός ΟΝΕ.

Διάλεξαν το αδιέξοδο και πίστεψαν μάλιστα -με αφέλεια ή με θράσος;- ότι θα μπορέσουν να το διαχειριστούν. Τώρα πληρώνουν τα επίχειρα.

Να έχετε υπόψη σας, τίποτα από όσα αχαρακτήριστα έχουν ακουστεί για την έξοδο από την ΟΝΕ δεν ισχύει.

Τα περί δελτίου τροφίμων, κατακλυσμού, Αρμαγεδδώνος και Βενεζουέλας είναι είτε κωμικά είτε εκ του πονηρού.

Αν η χώρα επιλέξει να βγει εκτός ευρώ αλλά να παραμείνει στην Ε.Ε., θα χρειαστεί επαναδιαπραγμάτευση που θα κρατήσει καιρό.

Αμέσως όμως, η Ελλάδα θα πρέπει να αρχίσει να εφαρμόζει νέα δημοσιονομική πολιτική.

Ταυτόχρονα θα πρέπει να πάρει μέτρα για να τεθούν οι τράπεζες υπό δημόσιο έλεγχο και ιδιοκτησία, πράγμα που δεν αντιβαίνει τις διακρατικές συνθήκες εντός Ε.Ε., και να στηριχτούν άμεσα η βιομηχανία, η γεωργία και το διεθνές εμπόριο, έστω και κατά παράβαση των οδηγιών.

Σήμερα, για οτιδήποτε θέλουν να κάνουν οι υπουργοί για οικονομία και ανάπτυξη, πρέπει πρώτα να πάρουν την έγκριση των «θεσμών»... Δεν ξεκινάμε πόλεμο με τους Ευρωπαίους.

Η χώρα τη στιγμή αυτή χρειάζεται κοινωνικό και εθνικό μέτωπο, με βάση τα λαϊκά στρώματα.

Να τονίσω ότι δεν μιλώ για μέτωπο κομμάτων ή για «συνεννόηση αρχηγών».

Δεν υπάρχει καμία προοπτική για κάτι τέτοιο. Ευρύ, λαϊκό και πατριωτικό μέτωπο, αυτό απαιτείται για να βγει η χώρα από το αδιέξοδο.

Θα συμβεί ακριβώς το αντίθετο όμως, αν παραμείνει στον ζουρλομανδύα του ευρώ και δεν ανακτήσει τη λαϊκή και την εθνική κυριαρχία.
