Evo Morales slams Luis Almagro and OAS hypocrisy on Venezuela

The Bolivian leader known for taking a stand against imperialism isn’t backing down as the OAS continues to attack on Venezuela. Bolivian President Evo Morales took to social media Saturday to call out hypocrisy in the Organization of American States as it continues to set its sights on Venezuela while continuing to ignore an increasingly tense political situation in Paraguay years after the country suffered a coup. Morales, who is in Cuba where he underwent throat surgery, directed his messages to OAS chief Luis Almagro, contrasting the secretary general’s push for the Democratic Charter to be invoked against Venezuela — which would trigger the country’s suspension from the bloc — to his on pressing human rights concerns and constitutional crises elsewhere in Latin America. “ Luis Almagro does not condemn walls against Latinos, nor the judicial coup against Dilma Rousseff, nor the increase in drug trafficking in Colombia. Is he complicit? ” wrote Moral

Evidence that CIA was behind IMF on pursuing global economic conditions compatible to the neoliberal doctrine

CIA Files globinfo freexchange In the newly released archive of 13 million pages by CIA, we found a memorandum showing that CIA was actually intervening directly on global economic issues, behind IMF. The letter from the then Director of Central Intelligence, William J. Casey , to the National Intelligence Officer for Economics, dates back to 1983 and gives a sort of guidance on how specific threats for the world trading system should be dealt. Protectionism was considered a major threat, but also, even the austerity imposed by IMF(!) The letter also mentions that the "strong" countries should help the weaker ones to resist protectionism, open markets, i.e. to adopt the globalist neoliberal perception for trade and economy. Note that Casey was Reagan's choice for the post of Director of Central Intelligence. Recall that under the Reagan-Thatcher era, the West experienced the hard onslaught of the neoliberal doctrine towards mas

ETUC and ITUC: IMF attacks on Greek workers’ rights are unacceptable

The International and European Trade Union Confederations called on the International Monetary Fund to stop insisting that Greece undertake even more pension cuts and labour market deregulation before the Fund will agree to a new loan programme, or to signing off on disbursements by European institutions. An IMF spokesperson stated last Thursday that the IMF is seeking “ in particular, pension and labour reforms ” as conditions for extending financial assistance to Greece. Greek workers have already suffered a severe reduction in their living standards. The austerity and deregulation measures demanded by the creditor institutions since 2010 have included reductions in minimum wages, pensions and the scope of collective bargaining. ITUC General Secretary Sharan Burrow said “ Greek workers have borne almost all the costs of the crisis that began in 2008: wages have fallen, pensions have been slashed and a quarter of the workforce remains unemployed. The ILO issu

Marble Framework

WikiLeaks Today, March 31st 2017, WikiLeaks releases Vault 7 "Marble" -- 676 source code files for the CIA's secret anti-forensic Marble Framework. Marble is used to hamper forensic investigators and anti-virus companies from attributing viruses, trojans and hacking attacks to the CIA. Marble does this by hiding ("obfuscating") text fragments used in CIA malware from visual inspection. This is the digital equivallent of a specalized CIA tool to place covers over the english language text on U.S. produced weapons systems before giving them to insurgents secretly backed by the CIA. Marble forms part of the CIA's anti-forensics approach and the CIA's Core Library of malware code. It is " [D]esigned to allow for flexible and easy-to-use obfuscation " as " string obfuscation algorithms (especially those that are unique) are often used to link malware to a specific developer or development shop.
